Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions (Growth, Scale)

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that first payment. Later renewals are not refundable, except where required by law.

Extra post packs

Post packs are one-time purchases. Unused packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Packs that have been used (in whole or in part) are not refundable.

AppSumo lifetime deals

Purchases made through AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee. Request the refund through AppSumo within 60 days of purchase. When AppSumo confirms a refund we deactivate the corresponding code and your account returns to the free plan. Content you created remains yours to export.

Bring-your-own-key costs

Charges from Anthropic for usage on your own API key are billed by Anthropic and are not refundable by us.

How to ask

Email hello@globaltechnologypartners.com or use our contact form with your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made in INR through Razorpay are refunded in INR.
