Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SocialNexus, operated by Global Technology Partners ("GTP", "we", "us") [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

SocialNexus discovers industry trends, uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to screen articles and draft social posts and blog articles, and, where you choose, publishes them to platforms you connect. Features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account and your invited team members. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocialNexus to send spam, publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing or hateful content, or violate the rules of LinkedIn, Meta, X or any other connected platform. You are responsible for everything published through your account. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate: you must review it, especially with auto-post enabled. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account you authorise us to act on it as you configure (for example, publish and read metrics). Those platforms' terms and API limits apply, and they may suspend access or change features without notice. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.

5. Bring your own key (BYOK)

If you supply an Anthropic API key, you are responsible for its usage costs, for complying with Anthropic's terms, and for keeping it valid and funded. If it is removed, invalid or out of credit, content generation for your workspaces will pause. Some plans require your own key.

6. Plans, quotas and billing

Each plan includes monthly limits (for example posts, workspaces and team seats). Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe or Razorpay; extra post packs are one-time purchases. Unused allowance does not roll over. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Lifetime deals (AppSumo)

Codes purchased through AppSumo unlock a specific plan tier for as long as we operate the product ("lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not of you). Codes are single-use, tied to the tier purchased, non-transferable except as AppSumo allows, and may not be combined with an active paid subscription. Features and limits may evolve, and AI-related costs for lifetime plans are covered by your own API key. Refunds are available through AppSumo within 60 days of purchase; a refunded code is deactivated and the account returns to the free plan.

8. Your content and our IP

You keep ownership of your inputs and of the content generated for you, to the extent permitted by law, and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. We and our licensors own the software, branding and documentation. Generated content may be similar to content produced for others, and we do not guarantee it is free of third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that scheduled posts will always publish, or that AI output will be accurate, compliant with any regulation, or suitable for your purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$100 if you paid nothing).

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for others or the platform. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them. For material changes we will notify you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
